Sue is the Practice Manager, a member of the Patient Treatment Co Ordination Team, Facial Aesthetic Practitioner and Registered Dental Nurse at New Road Dental.

Prior to working within Dentistry, Sue qualified as a General Nurse and worked within the Critical Care Unit at the Alexandra Hospital Redditch, before changing career paths some 30 years ago, to train as a Dental Nurse, working in Droitwich and Dudley before joining New Road Dental in 2007.

Since joining the practice, she has gradually developed her skill set which has resulted in the position she now holds.  Every day is different for Sue, and she finds the variation in her day, although demanding at times, rewarding, and exciting.

As a Treatment Co Ordinator she has face to face contact with patients and enjoys this immensely.  She gets to know patients and being able to help achieve treatment which for many is life changing, is a privilege and a part of her role she really enjoys. 

Every day in the world of Dentistry is different.  It is challenging managing a large practice especially as New Road prides themselves on providing the best possible care for patients.   It is hard work, but she loves being part of such a professional, highly skilled, and motivated team.  New Road Dental has some of the most committed and talented Dental professionals she has have ever had the privilege to call “colleagues”.

In her spare time, she takes part in Musical Theatre with her partner Mark, enjoys going away in their caravan and spending time with friends and family.  She is Mum to three “fur babies” – George and Mildred their two cats and Gruff a totally mad but handsome Cockapoo.
