Jo started working at New Road Dental in December 1996 as a Qualified Dental Nurse.
She now works as the Senior Receptionist in the practice co ordinating a team of 5.
Jo loves the rapport with patients – many of whom having been attending at the practice for as long as she has worked here. Jo has a smile on her face from the time she arrives until she leaves – patients often comment on her willingness to go above and beyond to provide the best experience she can for them.
In her spare time, she loves walking – especially in North Wales and photography – often having her photographs exhibited in the local paper. For the last 10 years Jo has been a Scout Leader – a role she enjoys immensely.
She is happily married to Alan and has three grown up children – Ashley, Tom and Charlotte. She is also Mum to cats George and Corby.
