Senior Receptionist

Jo qualified as a Dental Nurse at the Birmingham Dental Hospital and joined New Road Dental in December 1996. After years of clinical experience, she moved into her current role coordinating a five-strong reception team. Nearly three decades at the same practice is exceptional by any measure, and for patients it means unbroken continuity, genuine institutional knowledge, and a standard of care that only comes with that kind of tenure.

Many of Jo's patients have been attending the practice for as long as she has worked here. Outside work, she is a keen walker with a love of North Wales, a passionate photographer, and has spent ten years as a Scout Leader.
