Clinical Directors Ravi and Pritesh Solanki both hold the Membership of the Fellowship of Dental Surgeons from the Royal College of Surgeons of England, alongside postgraduate qualifications in medical education and, in Ravi's case, a Diploma in Aligner Mastery. Between them they bring over four decades of clinical experience to the practice they built together.
As the owners and clinical leads of New Road Dental, Ravi and Pritesh set the standard for everything the practice does. Their investment in qualifications, technology, and team development is what has made New Road Dental one of Bromsgrove's most trusted general and cosmetic dental practices.
Ravi is a Foundation Dentist Trainer with the West Midlands Deanery and spent three years training across hospital specialties including oral surgery, restorative dentistry, and conscious sedation before returning to general practice. Pritesh has trained newly qualified dentists at the practice since 2012 and brings particular depth in cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, and precision restorative work. Deanay has been a member of the New Road Dental team since 2014. Over more than a decade, he has developed a strong clinical reputation in restorative dentistry and cosmetic treatments, with particular expertise in composite bonding and ceramic veneers.
His workflow incorporates dental 3D scanning technology, meaning all treatment is executed with real precision and accuracy. He also works closely with the implant team to restore dental implants, helping patients achieve outcomes that are both clinically sound and aesthetically excellent.
Outside dentistry, Deanay enjoys spending time with his family and is a dedicated sports fan.

Anna qualified from Leeds University in 2000, going on to work in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Leeds General Infirmary. She became a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2002, and in 2003 took on a role as Clinical Lecturer in Oral Surgery at the University of Birmingham Dental School.
During her time in academia, Anna was involved in world-class research in pain management and surgery, and gained a higher education teaching qualification alongside extensive experience with both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Since moving into general practice in 2011, she has developed a particular focus on oral surgery and implantology, completing advanced courses at the Royal College of Surgeons, The Campbell Academy, and Dentale.
Anna is on the faculty teaching staff of The Campbell Implant Academy, serves as an Oral Surgery Mentor for the Royal College of Surgeons of England, and runs Primary Care Oral Surgery Services across the Midlands. She is also an active member of the International Team for Implantology (ITI UK), and brings a significant depth of surgical experience to New Road Dental.

Aaron joined New Road Dental in 2022 after qualifying from Cardiff University with a Bachelor of Dentistry. He stayed on following his foundation year as an Associate Dentist and has been a valued member of the team ever since.
His clinical focus is on restorative and preventive dentistry, working with patients to build personalised long-term treatment plans that genuinely improve oral health over time. He works across the full age range, from younger patients through to long-standing adults, and stays current through ongoing professional development to ensure he brings the most appropriate, up-to-date treatments to every appointment.
Outside dentistry, Aaron enjoys spending time with family and friends, swimming, walking his dog Hugo, and road trips.
